Safety Information

Sizzler Safety

1. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
2. Add 1-2 teaspoons of sizzlers into the well of your wax burner.
3. Either turn on your electric burner or light a tealight (Wax & Clo recommends a tealight burner, but both work well).
4. Let the magical aromas fill your home. These typically last for 1-2 days.
5. Once the scent has faded, it's time to change your sizzlers. Ensure the product has fully cooled down before handling. When cool, dispose of the used sizzlers in the bin and repeat the process.
6. Never mix scents together, and always handle with care.
7. If the product spills, simply vacuum it up.

Wax Melt Safety

1. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
2. Break the bar or large shape into a piece that fits into the well of the burner. Avoid overfilling to prevent overflow and spillage. If it's a small sample shape, you can place the whole piece in the well.
3. Let the magical aromas fill your home. These can last up to 2-3 days.
4. To change your wax, turn on or light the tealight for 5 seconds to melt the wax slightly, then slide it out. If left too long, you may need to wipe any excess melted wax before using the burner again.

Hoover Discs

1. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
2. After handling, wash your hands thoroughly and avoid touching your eyes. If contact occurs, wash immediately.
3. Place 1-2 hoover discs inside your hoover where the filter is located (a video demonstration is pinned to the TikTok page).
4. As you vacuum, the scent will freshen each room, leaving it smelling clean.
5. When the scent has faded from the discs, open the hoover and dispose of them in the bin.

Car Diffuser

1. Remove all packaging.
2. Twist off the car diffuser lid.
3. Open the small bottle of solution (this will fill the entire diffuser).
4. Fill the diffuser carefully and slowly. If it spills, wipe immediately. If it contacts skin or eyes, wash immediately.
5. Screw the diffuser lid back on tightly.
6. Tip the diffuser to a 45° angle, just enough to wet the wood without oversaturating, to prevent leaking.
7. Hang in the desired place and secure with a knot at the end of the string.
8. Enjoy the beautifully crafted scents by Wax & Clo!

Reed Diffuser Safety

1. Remove all packaging.
2. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Unscrew the diffuser oil bottle carefully. If it spills, wipe immediately. If it contacts skin or eyes, wash immediately.
4. Pull the stopper out of the bottle.
5. Screw the lid back on without the stopper.
6. Place the reed sticks inside.
7. Enjoy the magical aromas filling your chosen room.

Carpet Freshener

1. Perform a small patch test on your carpet before full use.
2. Sprinkle on freshly vacuumed carpet, ensuring all children and pets are out of the room.
3. Leave for 10-15 minutes.
4. Vacuum up, leaving your carpets smelling wonderful.
5. This can also be used in your car, but always patch test first!
