Returns Policy

At Wax & Clo, we’re committed to ensuring you love every item you purchase. If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Returns Window

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return, provided the item is in its original, resaleable condition. This means the item must be unused, in the same condition you received it, and in its original packaging.

Non-returnable Items

Please note, returns are not available on sale items. All sale items are final and cannot be returned.

Return Process

  1. To initiate a return, please email us at returns@waxandclo.co.uk with your order number and the reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed.

  2. Prepare your item for return. Pack the item securely in its original packaging.

  3. Send your item to the following return address:

    Please note that you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once we receive your item and inspect it, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 7 working days.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at returns@waxandclo.co.uk.
